Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
The data controller is Nordic Systems. For any privacy question, write to us through the contact form on our homepage; mention “privacy” in your message.
What we collect
When you book a walkthrough, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), how many trucks you dispatch, and your message (optional).
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the map tile provider receive your IP address and basic browser information, because that is how web pages and map images are delivered. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
The live demo runs entirely in your browser on simulated data. Nothing you click or type in the demo is sent to us or stored.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and arrange the walkthrough. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
| Service | What it does | Data |
|---|---|---|
| FormSubmit | Delivers booking form submissions to our inbox | Form contents |
| Spacemail | Our email provider | Emails you send us |
| Google Firebase Hosting | Hosts this website | IP address, browser information |
| OpenFreeMap | Serves the map images | IP address, browser information |
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and related emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict how we use it, or object to its use. Contact us through the contact form on our homepage and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
